History
We know Workers Compensation. We only represent injured workers. We aren’t new to this either. We each started at the same workers compensation defense firm over in Portland. We learned our craft, we learned a few tricks, and we learned that we prefer representing you, the real person who has been hurt on the job. Our attorneys have been practicing workers compensation since 2001. We handle all levels of your claim: Department, Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, Superior Court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court. We can’t promise we’ll fix everything, but we will walk the path of your claim side-by-side. We know the way; we’ve walked it before. Many times.

Finding the right attorney for you is important, which is why we do not charge for initial consultations. Please let us know about your case.

Motor Vehicle Accidents
We also represent people who have been in car accidents, where its not their fault. We will represent you to get your full compensation available from the other driver. You also likely have a under-insured or un-insured motorist policy on your insurance. That means if the other driver’s insurance pays their coverage limits but you’re still not fully compensated, we’ll initiate a claim with your insurance too. We only handle claims where the accident occurs in Washington, but know many great attorneys who help where the accident took place in Oregon.
